T'was just a garden in the rain. Close to a little leafy lane. A touch of color 'neath skies of gray. The raindrops kissed the flowerbeds. The blossoms raised their thirsty heads. A perfumed thank you. They seemed to say. Surely here was charm beyond compare to view. Maybe it was just that I was there with you. T'was just a garden in the rain. But then the sun came out again. And sent us happily on our way.

Eng sze's wedding on sunday was held at the pretty Asian Civilisations Museum at Empress place. Not the usual hotel affair and i think it's great. Had the opportunity to be there earlier to go through rehearsal...and that gave me ample time to snap a few shots. The first sight that greeted was the gorgeous entrance adorned with candle lights and flower petals.

The river room. It wasn't until i upload this before i realize that it looks like a promo picture for ACM as a wedding venue.

What i absolutely looove was the fact that the room opens up to a balcony overlooking the singapore river and the amazing skyline. And it is here that the couple had their tea ceremony. really a wonderful place to hold a cozy small wedding.

With the stunning sunset and the river as the backdrop. who can ask for more?
