T'was just a garden in the rain. Close to a little leafy lane. A touch of color 'neath skies of gray. The raindrops kissed the flowerbeds. The blossoms raised their thirsty heads. A perfumed thank you. They seemed to say. Surely here was charm beyond compare to view. Maybe it was just that I was there with you. T'was just a garden in the rain. But then the sun came out again. And sent us happily on our way.

hello there.

numerous trips to the little shop and i can't believe i missed you.

so there i was browsing around... amused by the little tortoise that i thought i could place in the boy's balcony... shuffled through the pretty journals.... fiddled with the cards and flowers... past the little cherubs, the mini gnomes, rabbits and what do you know... your little face appeared. you look so cheerful.. dangling your legs... happy in the little world of yours... so gleeful and infectious. you made me smile. i can't believe i actually wanted a newer you. I'm sorry for even contemplating that. you're just really cute and i'm glad you're there to brighten up my day.

hey dear... haha i got it at a christian arts and craft store at beauty world.. near my place that's why. but yes i love woodwould too... all those pretty and quirky journals and prints... irresistible.... haha almost wish i can bring the entire shop home. :)
