T'was just a garden in the rain. Close to a little leafy lane. A touch of color 'neath skies of gray. The raindrops kissed the flowerbeds. The blossoms raised their thirsty heads. A perfumed thank you. They seemed to say. Surely here was charm beyond compare to view. Maybe it was just that I was there with you. T'was just a garden in the rain. But then the sun came out again. And sent us happily on our way.

Everything in its time

today's my last day of attachment
Mr Ang treated us to Boon Tong Kee chicken rice. so full and yummy!
so sad to leave them....
we'll still be going back every week to give the boys enrichment class but it'll not be the same.... no more chilling at the couch... no more waiting for the boys to return from school.... no more nagging at the boys...
i miss the way the boys would sneakily peep into the office, hey how would shout through the mail box, "Is Mdm Pad there?! Is Miss Audrey there?!" they're so cute.

Miss my boys... our funny shot.

i'm so gonna miss the craziness in the social work office....

Miss Audrey's laughter... Miss Adrienne's wackiness... the many attempts in hiding Mdm Pad's keys and of course Mdm Pad going "have you seen my keys?" and last but definitely not the least, the froggies! =)

and tada, Mili for her tremendous love and generosity in driving us to and fro. so glad we're in this together and we're taking a module together this coming sem!

in the meantime, i'll drown myself in the lovely songs of Corrinne May.
fresh, pure and so beautiful.
daisies in summertime... feel like dancing in the rain...=)

Everything in its time

Sometimes I wonder what lies ahead
How long till my hunger is fed
They say it's hard to make it in this part of town
So many people on this merry-go-round

Some folks try astrology
Some turn to crystal balls
To find an answer,
To get through it all
I just fall on my knees and I try to pray
In the silence I can hear Him say

The river runs and the river hides
Out to the ocean and under the sky
I promise you, the answer will come
Hold on to patience and watch for the sign
Everything in its time

I often feel like I'm two steps behind
Somebody must have moved that finish line
There are a thousand reasons
Why I should give up
But I'm stubborn in the things I believe
The river runs and the river hides
Out to the ocean and under the sky
I promise you, the answer will come
Hold on to patience and watch for the sign

'cause maybe there's another plan
One I still can't see
A little surprise, like your love in my life
Funny how time changes how we see

The river runs and the river hides
Out to the ocean and under the sky
I promise you, the answer will come
Hold on to patience and watch for the sign
Everything in its time
Everything in its time
