Dear God,
Thank you for the amazing day you've given me.
Don't really know how to pen this down...
i realized i love my boys so much. esp Al.
He came across as a mischevious and naughty little boy...
one who did not seem to care...
but on that very day as his gazed out of the window,
the small frame that weathered many storms....
those sleepy eyes that has fought back many tears...
his forlorn look... his reluctant smile...
that very moment, i knew.
i want to be there for him.
Jordan and i brought Al and KB out today. Al hasn't been able to go out on his own because of his vulnerable circumstances. He requested for older boy KB to accompany him. all the older boys dote on him. He's just that lovable. When we picked them up, i was pleasantly surprised. they looked so handsome, dressed so smartly.
Thank you Lord for Jordan. He was such a dear for chauffering us around, hanging out and joking with my boys.
Initial D was really funny. the boys loved it.
Then we went to cut Al's hair at Far East in preparation for the new school term.He was a bit sad at first as they cut away his fringe (fringe that he wanted kept long) but the rest of us agreed he looked so handsome and fresh in new haircut) almost like a cool little punk. so adorable. Jordan and i were worried at first that he might be sad throughout the day. But the playing in the cine arcade lifted his spirits. Before we knew it, he was so excited when playing daytona. I had so much fun watching them play.
WE had dinner at Marche, to which Ak claimed, " oh izzit the underground place with the huge cow?" so adorable! =)
Kb was like a big brother taking care of Al. the sight of both of them warms my heart.
The drive back to BT was really meaningful for both of us, especially for Jordan. We realized YOU have given us so much... so so much...... the day out was the least we can give the boys.
All other things pales in comparison...
I had a wonderful day. wouldn't trade it for anything else.
Thank YOU for planting these boys in my life.
I learn so much from them each day...
Their resilience, their strength, their love and their simplicity.

I hope you never lose your sense of wonder
You get your fill to eat, but always keep that hunger
May you never take one single breath for granted
God forbid love ever leave you empty handed
I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean
Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens
Promise me that you'll give faith a fighting chance
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance
I hope you dance.
I hope you never fear those mountains in the distance
Never settle for the path of least resistance
Living might mean taking chances, but they're worth taking
Loving might be a mistake but it's worth making
Don't let some hell bent heart leave you bitter
When you come close to selling out, reconsider
Give the heavens above more than just a passing glance
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance
I hope you dance.
