T'was just a garden in the rain. Close to a little leafy lane. A touch of color 'neath skies of gray. The raindrops kissed the flowerbeds. The blossoms raised their thirsty heads. A perfumed thank you. They seemed to say. Surely here was charm beyond compare to view. Maybe it was just that I was there with you. T'was just a garden in the rain. But then the sun came out again. And sent us happily on our way.

today we celebrated International Harmony day!!!!! The humanities department put up a fabulous program and of course, to show our support, we turned out full force in our ethnic/international costumes :) sweet teresa lent me her kimono but sadly it was too long so i had to dig out my primary school dance costume-the lovely kebaya. my class had a good laugh when they realized i didn't grow much. my height has always been a source of amusement to many of the boys. They have now learnt to use "petite" instead of "short" to describe me.
