thankful

it's been a week and 2 days!
many things to give thanks for.

First and foremost,
thank God that the G-8 agreed on Saturday to cancel $40 billion worth of debt owed by 18 of the world's poorest nations, most of them in Africa. Much of the canceled debt was owed to international institutions such as the World Bank.

Me at the water theme park. i felt so much like a mum... so worried for them as they play in the water...and it's so crowded... haha... i look like a mother hen... going around looking for the smaller boys... oh dear... gotta stop... it's just that they were so rough.. i know they're boys but still... sigh... i gotta let go man...

planned a scavenger hunt/obstacle course with them yesterday. we had so much fun as we go around looking for clues within the compound. the boys have so much energy! had to keep up with them. we ended the day with a bbq at Mili's place. they love the pool! they just kept playing and swimming. for 2 whole hours. Mili, Roland and i ended up preparing the food, watching the wings and the fire. But seeing the boys having so happy made us so happy! they're so easily contented and it really makes me cherish the things i have in life more. so happy for them. Mili and i agreed to have one more bbq and pool before their school term starts. this time at my place. can't wait! Thank you boys for making our day so wonderful!
