I'm reading Joshua Harris's Boy meets Girl at the moment ...beautiful... teared up after reading the preface...
"My dear child, what you must try to see is that nothing has changed.
When the maker brings you your husband, you'll be aware that
it was He who made you for each other and He who planned your meeting.
And in that moment, just as we did,
you'll want to sing a song of praise to Him."
cried at the end of chapter 3.... left me with many thoughts... it was as if God was speaking to me. many parts struck me... and reminded me of the conversations i had with Clydia & Mili.Brought it to work. Mili and i took turns reading it.. she asked me to help her purchase one.she was really moved by it. as if the words were for her too. we both conclude that we have alot to explore and grow in our respective relationships. we shall grow together! Time to reflect, ponder and act!
feel so blessed that God has brought us together in our attachment. we are so different and yet so similar! haha.. don't really know how to describe it. the fact that she's also in a relationship makes it so easy for us to share our experiences n our spiritual walk... the feelings we had are so similar... our conversations were often plagued by, "ya! i so know what you mean.." not forgetting our musings about guys and how they simply don't get it... =)
thank you Lord for speaking to us..
"The most important one is this...
'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' The second is this: 'Love your neighbour as yourself.'
There is no greater commandment greater than these."
~ (Mark12:29-33)

hey darling! =) glad to see you're so greatly ministered through the book. i learnt a lot and probably still will be as i wait for my prayer to be answered. what i'm glad for is that, God's so wonderful to be able to write all our love stories uniquely different! =) and He gives only the best for us! *hugs*
I'm a first time visitor here. Respect your activism in adding the "project one" site, but I don't think it will ever take shape, not with Bush in the throne.
